Every year, I can't help but talk about how deeply I cherish this season. That feeling is still at the center of everything we design at AMD. There is a holiday magic in interiors that goes beyond décor. It is the rhythm of garlands along a staircase, the glow of candles reflected on carefully chosen materials, the layered textures that invite touch, and the way every detail, from tree placement to ribbon drape, makes a home feel beautifully alive.

The beauty of this season comes through thoughtful layers, rich textures, and meaningful pieces displayed with intention. Considering the architecture is always the first step. Our approach focuses on proportion and scale to create a balanced, cohesive space:

• Tall ceilings and detailed millwork are enhanced with décor that complements the home’s character.

• Modern or open floor plans benefit from clean silhouettes and thoughtfully layered elements.

• Scale is key:

  • Trees should sit within one to two feet of the ceiling to feel proportionate.
