Sugar Cookie Martini

What better way to welcome the warmth and wonder of the holiday season than with a cocktail that feels like Christmas in a glass? Our featured cocktail of the month is the Sugar Cookie Martini – a festive, creamy blend that brings all the nostalgia of holiday baking to your bar cart. RumChata, vanilla vodka, and whole milk come together to create a smooth, lightly sweet sip reminiscent of fresh sugar cookies straight from the oven. A sprinkle of nutmeg adds a cozy whisper of spice, while a sprig of rosemary lends an aromatic, wintry touch.

How to Make:

Makes 1 Cocktail
2 oz. Rum Chata
2 oz. Vanilla Vodka (We used Absolute)
2 oz. Whole Milk (Or Almond Milk as a substitue)
Ice

Garnish:
Ground Nutmeg and a Rosemary Sprig
In a cocktail shaker, add the RumChata, vanilla vodka, and your choice of whole milk or almond milk. Dry shake vigorously to combine and begin building that creamy, velvety texture. Add ice and shake again until the mixture is thoroughly chilled and lightly frothy. Strain into a chilled martini glass, letting the smooth, cookie-like richness settle.

Finish with a light sprinkle of nutmeg and a fresh sprig of rosemary for a fragrant, festive touch.
