Our January mocktail, the Spiced Pear & Ginger Spritz, is a refreshing yet warming blend designed for slower evenings and intentional moments at home. Pureed pear and fresh lemon juice are gently muddled with rosemary to create a soft, aromatic base, lightly sweetened and lifted with ginger beer and tonic water for a gentle sparkle. Finished with a whisper of nutmeg and cinnamon and garnished with a fresh pear slice and rosemary sprig, it offers subtle spice and layered warmth. It is a sip that feels calm and restorative, perfect for Dry January or anyone craving a quieter kind of indulgence.

Makes 1 Mocktail
3 oz. Pureed Pear
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Ginger Beer
1/2 oz. Honey or Simple Syrup
Sprinkle of Nutmeg
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Sprig of Rosemary
Ice
Garnish:
Pear Slice & Rosemary
In a cocktail shaker, add the pear puree, fresh lemon juice, and a sprig of rosemary. Gently muddle to release the rosemary’s aroma and infuse the mixture with subtle herbal warmth. Add ice to chill the base, then pour in the ginger beer and give the shaker a brief, gentle shake to combine while preserving the sparkle.
Strain into an ice-filled glass and top with tonic water for a soft, refreshing finish. Lightly dust with nutmeg and cinnamon, then garnish with a fresh pear slice and rosemary sprig for an aromatic, inviting touch.
