Makes 1 Cocktail
2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz. Lavender Syrup (Torani's works)
Soda Water
Garnish: Lemon Wheel, Mint, Fresh or Dried Lavender Stem
Start by filling a tall glass with ice. Pour in the gin, fresh lemon juice, and lavender syrup directly over the ice. Top with soda water, allowing the layers to remain visible for a beautiful presentation. Garnish with a lemon wheel, a sprig of mint, and a fresh or dried lavender stem.
Serve with a stir stick or straw, allowing the drinker to gently mix the layers before sipping—blending the floral notes and citrus brightness into a perfectly refreshing cocktail.
