Our Colesanto Park project is a reflection of what happens when thoughtful design meets the rhythms of real family life. Tucked into the vibrant Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria, Virginia, this home belongs to a family of four who came to us looking to make their space feel more intuitive, comfortable, and connected to the way they live each day.

While the house already had a strong foundation, it needed a few key updates to help it function more naturally for the family. We added custom built-ins in the office and mudroom, bringing both beauty and order to spaces that support the hustle of daily routines. On the lower level, just off the media room, a built-in Murphy bed created a seamless solution for welcoming overnight guests without sacrificing style or flow.

Every decision was made with the family’s lifestyle in mind, blending timeless details with warmth and intention. The result is a home that feels deeply personal and entirely livable, a place designed not just to look beautiful, but to hold everyday moments, meaningful gatherings, and the memories still to come.
