Ingredients:

How to Make:

Makes 1 Cocktail
1 Whole Peach (cut in halves)
1 tsp 100% Pure Canadian Maple Syrup
2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey (we recommend Hendrick's)
3 dashes of Angosturra Bitters
1 Sprig of Fresh Thyme
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

2 oz. Ginger Beer and 1 oz. Soda Water for Topping
Grilled Peach Slive + Thyme Sprig for Serving
Start by firing up the grill or set your oven to broil on high, in preparation for charring and softening your peaches for this delicious treat! In a cocktail shaker, muddle grilled peach half until a majority of it has broken down. Add ice, sprig of fresh thyme, bitters, bourbon and shake! Strain into cocktail glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer, soda water, and lemon juice, garnish with a sprig of Thyme, and enjoy!
