Cocktail of the Month:

Pear Blossom Martini

Delicate florals, sun-warmed afternoons, and the return of outdoor living call for something light, bright, and full of charm. The Pear Blossom Martini is just that—a beautifully balanced cocktail with soft pear notes, a hint of elderflower, and a splash of citrus to keep things crisp. It's the perfect sip for embracing everything May brings, from garden strolls to golden hour gatherings. Smooth, refreshing, and effortlessly elegant, it’s a seasonal favorite you’ll want to revisit all spring long.

Ingredients:

How to Make:

Makes 1 Cocktail
2 oz. Pear Vodka (we love Grey Goose La Poire)
1 oz. St. Germain
1 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
Ice

Garnish: Dried Spring Flower Blend
To make the Pear Blossom Martini, fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add pear vodka, St. Germain, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled. Strain into a martini or coupe glass and garnish with a pinch of dried spring flowers for a soft, seasonal touch. Serve immediately and enjoy this light, floral sip.
