How to Make:
Makes 1 Cocktail
2 oz. Gin
1/4 tsp. Matcha Powder
1 tbs. Hot Water
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Garnish: Sprinkle of Matcha Powder
Combine matcha powder and hot water in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Transfer the matcha mixture to a cocktail shaker, then add gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about one minute to froth the egg white. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!
