Smooth vodka is blended with fresh lime juice, spiced apple cider, and a hint of apple butter, all brought to life by the zing of fresh ginger and effervescent ginger beer. Garnished with vibrant pomegranate arils, a cinnamon stick, and a crisp apple slice, this mule is perfect for savoring by the fire or sharing with friends at a cozy fall gathering. With each sip, enjoy a taste of fall’s essence—spiced, refreshing, and undeniably comforting.

Makes 1 Cocktail
2 oz. Vodka (We love Titos)
1/2 Lime Squeezed
1/3 cup Apple Cider
1 tbs. Apple Butter
1-2 tsp. Fresh Grated Ginger
Ice Cubes
Garnish: Pomegranate Arils, Apple Slice, and Cinnamon Sticks
Combine vodka, lime juice, apple cider, apple butter, and ginger in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake until well combined, about 1 minute. Strain into an ice-filled mule mug and top with ginger beer.
