This luxurious cocktail redefines indulgence with its rich, velvety texture and a hint of almond sweetness that feels like a cozy escape in every sip. How to Make:
Makes 2 Cocktails
2 cups Milk
1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
4 oz. Amaretto Liqueur
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Garnish: Mini Marshmallows and/or Whipped Cream, Almond Slices
In a medium saucepan, warm the milk over medium heat, stirring occasionally to avoid scorching. Once the milk is hot but not boiling, reduce the heat to low and whisk in the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips until fully melted and smooth. Stir in the amaretto liqueur and vanilla extract, mixing well to combine.
Pour the hot cocoa into mugs and garnish with mini marshmallows, whipped cream, and a sprinkle of almond slices for an indulgent finishing touch. Serve immediately and enjoy!
*Note: If like it extra chocolatey, add another quarter cup of chocolate chips.
