The Velvet Pumpkin

This is October at its most indulgent—that time when cozy layers and candlelight feel essential, and flavor itself takes on a richer glow. Our Velvet Pumpkin Cocktail is whipped until airy and cloudlike, blending pumpkin, spice, and cream into a drink that feels both nostalgic and new. With every sip dusted in nutmeg and the subtle aroma of clove, it’s a soft landing into fall’s embrace—silky, spiced, and beautifully suited for savoring slow evenings.

How to Make:

Makes 1 Cocktail
2 oz. Bourbon
1 tbs. Pumpkin Puree
1 oz. Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 oz. Half & Half
1 oz. Pumpkin Spice Syrup
1/2 oz. Maple Syrup
1 Pinch of Pumpkin Spice
Ice

Garnish: Sprinkle of Ground Nutmeg, Cloves
In a cocktail shaker, add 1 tablespoon of pumpkin purée, followed by bourbon, pumpkin spice syrup, maple syrup, heavy cream, half & half, and a pinch of pumpkin spice. Dry shake vigorously without ice to whip the mixture until it’s airy and frothy. Add ice and shake again until well chilled and luxuriously thick.
