If for any reason you or the recipient of the product purchased is not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original and unused condition within 3 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for applicable shipping costs.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF AN ITEM IN MY ORDER IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL?
If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo as proof of damage and submit to email@example.com within 3 days of delivery. Items shipped via USPS Priority Mail are insured and require photo evidence. After submitting the claim to USPS, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from Asha-Maía Design. We will replace any product that arrives damaged if photos are submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Design Workshops & Courses
Sale of workshops under $100 are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued to those who cancel or do not attend workshop of which was booked.
We will gladly issue a refund for any workshop valued over $100 if canceled at least 7 days prior, to the scheduled workshop/course. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of cancellation and to request refund.
Interior Design & Event Styling Services
All bookings for design work sessions and/or consultations are 100% refundable up to 7 days before the appointment or first scheduled date service is to commence. Any services canceled within 7 days of the appointment or service start date will be charged $150 taken from the balance due to the client. Services canceled within 48 hours of appointment and/or service start date will be charged $150 or 50% of service fee, whichever is greater, taken from the balance due to the client. No refunds will be given after design work has started.
