Our Pimmit View project was an opportunity to explore a more tailored and masculine design direction while remaining grounded in the warmth and livability that define our work. Designed for a client who wanted a home that felt sophisticated, distinctive, and deeply personal, this Falls Church residence balances rich character with everyday comfort.

Drawing inspiration from Art Deco influences, we layered sculptural forms, rich materials, and refined detailing throughout the home while carefully preserving a sense of lightness and openness. Custom built-ins transform the home office into a polished retreat, while a dramatic powder bath introduces bold personality and thoughtful kitchen enhancements help weave together a cohesive design story rooted in character, function, and style. A new custom dry bar and spaces designed for gathering support a lifestyle centered around entertaining, conversation, and living well. The result is a home that feels collected, confident, and timeless, where tailored sophistication meets an inviting sense of ease.
