White Christmas Mojito

Because all things Christmas should be white, this month’s cocktail of the month signals frost and festiveness! This White Christmas Mojito is the perfect tropical feature and a must to include in your holiday menu this year. It’s creamy, fizzy, and flavorful, signaling all things Christmas just by its looks!

Pull out your pitcher; this drink is easy as can be and the perfect drink for all your holiday party needs. Full of the fresh flavors of coconut and lime and the looks of a White Christmas, a little tropicalness in the middle of a wintery wonderland is the perfect treat to cap off a bitterly cold night!


How to Make:

Makes 6 Cocktails
1 cup lime juice
1/4 cup packed fresh mint leaves plus more for serving
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup white rum
1/4-1/2 cup coconut rum (dependent on your taste)
1 cup canned coconut milk
Sparkling water for topping
Pomegranate arils for serving
In a large pitcher, muddle the lime juice, sugar, and mint leaves until the leaves have broken down.
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut rum, and coconut milk and pulse until smooth. Pour over the mint/lime sugar mixture and stir to combine. Chill until ready to serve.

To serve, divide the ice among the glasses and fill halfway with the mojito mix. Top with sparkling water, mint, and pomegranate.
